Chronic and recurrent musculoskeletal pain are common complaints in children and can indicate minor mechanical abnormalities or serious inflammatory disease. Other associated symptoms may indicate more complex rheumatic diseases. This session will discuss the evaluation of a child with chronic/recurrent joint pain, including using history, physical exam, and labs to decide on treatment.
