This session will educate pediatricians on diagnosis and practical treatment of patients with eating disorders. Faculty will discuss screening, recognition, and assessment; communicating concerns to the family; navigating obesity diagnosis and treatment while avoiding messages that could trigger eating disorders; and devising initial treatment steps.
