In this interactive session, participants will learn how to use a tiered prevention model during pediatric clinical visits to manage patients’ media use. The model includes primary prevention (guiding families on media balance and planning at well-child encounters), secondary prevention (problem-focused supports), and tertiary prevention (identifying and treating problematic media/internet use).
