This session will review nonpharmacologic therapies that can be shared with patients in all clinical settings to optimize sleep, minimize pain and anxiety, and promote wellness. Therapies and techniques that will be discussed include yoga, stretching, breathing techniques, acupressure, hypnotic techniques, and music and aroma therapy.
