A report from the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine on the future of the pediatric subspecialty workforce is concerning. The AAP Section on Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics has finalized its DBP Workforce Action Plan. This program will educate attendees on this plan and its impact on transforming the pediatric health care system equitably for children and youth with developmental and behavioral concerns.
