Join us for an engaging and practical workshop that will provide you with tools to implement guideline-recommended care in your practice. Learn how to apply quality improvement and implementation science methods to local QI projects to ensure they are both effective and equitable. As many guidelines recommend reducing or discontinuing ineffective practices, we will discuss how “de-implementation” differs from implementation. This session will guide you in creating actionable plans for multidisciplinary implementation of clinical practice guidelines tailored to the context of your setting.
